What about the per-order fee?
On mobile and online orders, the customer pays a flat R8 per order to order ahead and skip the queue. The full order amount, fee included, settles straight into your own Yoco, SnapScan, iKhokha or Zapper account, so you’re never out of pocket. We simply invoice you for the fees we’re owed once a month, in arrears. Walk-in and kiosk orders you ring up yourself carry no per-order fee at all.

Your customer pays it - a flat R8 per order added to mobile and online orders they place and pay for themselves. You're never out of pocket and you never wait for a payout from us.
